Translator’s Note: The “decision” referred to by the author is the order to commence a counter-offensive campaign aimed at retaking Lele Tepe, a strategic hill that Armenian forces lost during the 2016 April War.

On October 6, 2020 at around 15:00 when the fall of Jebrayil (Mekhakavan) was already clear, Armenia’s de-facto leader made a criminal decision in Stepanakert, as a result of which the following were liquidated:

• Remains of the Jebrayil military unit
• Fuzuli tank military unit
• Khojalu tank military unit
• Remains of Araler (Dashkesan) military unit
• The major part of the infantry, tanks and artillery of the Central Defense District (colloquially known with as “TSOR”).

Effectively, the backbone of the Artsakh Defense Army was broken due to the adventurous attack on Lele Tepe, the decision of which was made in this room.

Prior to the counterattack, there was no proper artillery preparation, reconnaissance, NOTHING. There was only a selfish intention to sacrifice the army for the sake of “boasting” that they brought back what the “formers” gave away. As a result, our military equipment was ceded to the enemy and the infantry was exposed to the blows of the enemy “Smerch” MRLS.

In this room, as you can see, there is no Serzh, no Kocharyan, no “formers”. Those in this room were elected by the Armenian people in 2018 and 2020. Those in this room, specifically the de facto leader of the Republic of Armenia, treated the Armenian people just like the Arabs, Byzantines, Mongols, Turks, all those who have historically been inimical to the idea of an independent Armenia.

In the coming elections, if they take place, all votes cast for this criminal will mean that the voter is in favor of the Turks destroying him and his blood relatives with the permission of the RA government. Before going to the polls, re-watch this video if you decide to vote for your killer.
